Enhanced Care Nurse Lead - Dementia & Training

Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd is seeking a Registered General Nurse / Registered Mental Health Nurse (NHS AfC Band 6). This permanent role includes 37.5 hours per week with a focus on providing professional leadership in enhancing patient care.
