English Teacher (SEMH) - Impactful 1:1 Support & Growth

Fair Ways is seeking an English Teacher for an SEMH school on the outskirts of Southampton, supporting around 25 young people with complex needs. You will deliver individualised curricula and work 37.5 hours per week during term time.

Ideal candidates hold QTS/QTLS or equivalent, with experience in SEN. You will collaborate with schools and training providers to create opportunities, and contribute to safeguarding and learning plans.
