Job Description
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and well-qualified Teacher of English to join our successful and highly supportive English department on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

This is a fixed-term position from September until the Christmas holidays, offering an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher seeking a flexible role or an ambitious Early Career Teacher looking to develop their practice within a successful and high-achieving secondary school.

The successful candidate will be passionate about English and committed to delivering engaging, challenging and inclusive lessons that inspire students to develop a lifelong appreciation of literature and language. They will have high expectations of themselves and their students and be dedicated to helping every learner achieve their full potential.

You will join a collaborative department where staff work closely together to share ideas, develop resources and support one another. The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 teaching for a suitably experienced applicant.
