Job Description
English Teacher Wanted! KS3/KS4 Do you believe Shakespeare and grammar can be fun? Do you light up when students "get it"? We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and downright brilliant English Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school team - someone who can inspire minds, spark imaginations, and help our students fall in love with literature (and maybe even their spellings!).
About the Role
Position: English Teacher (KS3/KS4)
Start: 01/09/2025
Location: Chelmsford
Contract: Full-time, (Permanent)
You'll be teaching a range of engaging and challenging English lessons to students in KS3 and KS4, helping them unlock the magic of storytelling, master persuasive writing, and prep for their GCSEs with confidence.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (or on the way to getting it!)A passion for English that's contagiousThe ability to bring literature to life - dramatic readings encouraged!Organised, friendly, and ready to be a positive presence in school lifeSomeone who can turn even grammar lessons into a party (well, almost!)
