As part of Barnet Special Education Trust, you'll develop your leadership in a coaching-focused environment with dedicated leadership time, strong HLTA support, small classes, therapeutic practice, and access to specialist facilities. You'll lead literacy and communication across the school, oversee English accreditation, coach colleagues, and help students make exceptional progress-while benefiting from excellent professional development, wellbeing support and clear progression opportunities.
