You will reinforce lesson content, build pupil confidence, and work closely with teachers so you can develop the classroom presence needed for the next step into training.The Candidate: You are articulate, organised, and able to explain ideas clearly in a way pupils understand. You want proper secondary school experience, you enjoy helping students improve in English, and you see this as a genuine route into teaching rather than another stop-gap role. Official Department for Education guidance says there are several routes into teaching in England, including school-based and salaried options, and QTS is needed to teach in most maintained schools in England.Requirements

• Degree - A 2:2 or above in any subject.
• Communication - Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS - Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Desire to work in education/with children - Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Career Goals - A desire to train as a teacher and build a long-term career in education.
