Shift Details
  • This role will be transitioning to our Weekend Day Shift in Q4 2026.
  • This will consist of 12 hour day shifts every Friday to Sunday and alternate Thursdays, following a repeating 4-on/3-off-3-on/4-off schedule.
  • Shift Premium: 15% premium for Sat/Sun, no shift premium for Thurs/Fri
About the Role

Under the direction of the Senior Engineering Manager, the Engineering Supervisor will provide technical leadership and support to equipment technicians across the shift. Manage the shift technicians, equipment, and line performance through specific maintenance KPI's.

This role also involves supporting cross functional departments as needed to help maintain an optimal operations environment.

Responsibilities
  • You supervise and coordinate equipment technicians on shift, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.
  • You manage preventative and corrective maintenance activities, reviewing PM and CM work in Maximo to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • You delegate and prioritise maintenance tasks, overseeing corrective actions to minimise downtime and improve equipment performance.
  • You lead and support technicians, delivering monthly one to one performance updates and coordinating training to maintain and develop skillsets.
  • You manage shift operations collaboratively, working closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure seamless manufacturing performance.
  • You provide hands on technical leadership during escalations, equipment failures, or critical decision making scenarios.
  • You supervise engineering projects, including layout changes, equipment installation, and validation report execution.
  • You track, analyse, and report performance metrics, including OEE, Yield, and maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • You bring proven supervisory experience in an engineering or maintenance environment within a high volume manufacturing setting.
  • You have strong technical expertise in automated production equipment, including PLC systems, electro mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • You are comfortable working hands on in a fast paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment when escalation support is needed.
  • You demonstrate strong problem solving skills, with experience driving process improvements that increase yield and reduce downtime.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technicians, engineers, and leadership teams.
  • Your ability to interpret technical documentation enables you to support equipment troubleshooting, upgrades, and sustainment.
  • You value safety and compliance, ensuring strict adherence to LOTO and all site safety procedures at all times.
  • You are experienced in technical documentation, contributing to the creation, revision, and maintenance of manufacturing and equipment documentation.

Annualised Base Salary

The annualised base salary for this position is from €70,125.00 to €90,750.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
