Location: Spalding Salary: £60,000 Shift: 12 hour Nights

Job Overview

A strong opportunity has become available for an Engineering Shift Team Leader to join a respected, industry-leading manufacturing business with a reputation for excellence. The role involves responsibility for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, supervising a team of engineers on a day-to-day basis, completing planned preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Supervise a team of engineers on a day to day basis
• Complete planned preventive maintenance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery

Required Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Hands on experience with pre planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding experience
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Lead Engineer, Engineering Shift Team Leader, or Engineering Supervisor in the UK
• Experience with working on PLCs, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
