• Pay: Up to £55,000 per annum
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days role
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will manage the on site engineering team, lead performance reviews, coach and develop staff to align with business goals, drive team motivation through strong leadership, oversee contractors and maintenance suppliers, and contribute to the Maintenance Excellence roadmap. This role also includes analysing CMMS data to identify improvements and reviewing maintenance activities for cost effective opportunities.

Essential Skills, Experience or Qualifications

• Experience of managing an on site team within the FMCG environment
• Experience in working with process equipment P&ID's
• Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills
• Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship

Advantageous Skills, Experience or Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
