Engineering Team Lead- Enschede - SaaS - 1 day in the office - Salary up to 100K

We are looking for an experienced leader who is interested being involved in vision/strategy while growing and empowering a team of 10 technical people.

The company has around 50FTE and in many ways they are ready to make the next step in growing the company. The company is building software that is being used by companies in the automotive, aviation, insurances and enterprise domain.

The main objectives:

• Defining a technical roadmap that aligns with the business goals
• Making the platform more scalable and future ready
• Making the platform more reliable and customer friendly
• Defining vision and strategy with the CEO and translating that into technology
• Grow the team

We are looking for:

• Background in technology
• Experience leading technical teams of SaaS/Product companies
• Experience with scaling teams and software
• Storyteller
• Pragmatic

Salary up to 100K
