Engineering Projects Manager

We're supporting a leading manufacturing business in West Berkshire that is looking to hire an Engineering Projects Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of capital, process, and improvement projects across the site. In this role, you'll take ownership of project planning, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and execution, ensuring all engineering activities are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

• CAPEX & Financial Oversight
• Annual Project spends of circa £2m
• Automation
• Automotive (or similarly regulated industries)
• Manufacturing (ideally high volume)
• Strategic People/Team leadership (circa 5 direct reports)
• Industrialisation
• Stakeholder Management

This is an onsite role - with a minimum of 4 days per week expected working from the site in West Berks. Competitive salary (£75k+), Car/Car allowance and excellent benefits package available.
