Job Description

• Plan and oversee engineering projects within the energy & natural resources industry, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules to maintain alignment with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards at all stages of project execution.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders regarding project progress and outcomes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams in Reading.
• Utilise engineering methodologies to improve project processes and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Project Manager should have:

• A strong background in engineering, preferably within the energy & natural resources sector.
• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects.
• An understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
