Engineering Planner

Context & Objectives

We are supporting a major industrial transformation initiative and are looking for a senior planning professional to oversee and coordinate the overall master planning activities across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and project management functions. The role will focus on establishing integrated planning processes, aligning dependencies between different sites, and ensuring effective planning governance using Planisware.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the consolidated master schedule covering industrial operations, supply chain, and project-related activities
• Monitor inter-site dependencies, identify scheduling conflicts or delays, and assess impacts on critical timelines
• Support planning migration activities, system integration, and the creation of standardized templates within Planisware
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to review and improve existing planning methodologies
• Establish planning guidelines, governance processes, milestone structures, and reporting standards
• Contribute to resource allocation planning, risk assessment, and scenario analysis
• Deliver high-level reporting and planning updates to steering committees and senior leadership

Required Background & Expertise

• Extensive experience in Master Planning or Program Planning within industrial, manufacturing, or complex operational environments
• Hands-on expertise with Planisware
• Strong knowledge of critical path methodology, dependency tracking, and resource management
• Previous involvement in planning transformation initiatives, migration projects, or PMO governance activities

Languages

• Fluent English required
• French language skills are considered an advantage
