  • Support with the management and coordination of training, including ownership of the training matrix.
  • Support with ad hoc HR topics across engineering team and wider CBRE teams on the account as/when necessary.
  • Support operations team with payroll submissions and ad hoc payroll queries.

  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities: establish work schedules, assign tasks, set and track deadlines.
  • Mentor and coach direct reports, assisting with coordination and administration of training and development activity.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve day to day and moderately complex operational issues within existing systems and processes.
Experience & Skills Essential
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar technical or critical engineering environment, with the ability to work at pace and with precision.
  • Proven line management experience, including the ability to manage individuals who may be resistant to change.
  • Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with Smartsheet or similar workflow/planning tools.
  • Strong financial administration skills, including invoice management and purchase order processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across operational and client facing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience planning, coordinating and reviewing technical detail in a structured environment.
