Engineering Manager, Review Tooling & Safeguards

Anthropic is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Review Tooling team, owning the tools investigators rely on and the platform underneath. You'll shape analytics, privacy primitives, and sandbox iterations, enabling Claude-assisted review workflows while maintaining user trust.
