Engineering Manager - Mechanical & Electrical Systems (Print/Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering initiatives with a strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Plan and schedule engineering projects, ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
• Manage and prioritise the workloads of a team of engineers.
• Maintain a hands on presence on the shop floor; this role is not purely administrative.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with electrical system design or integration.
• Proven team leadership and organisational skills.
• Background in printing, packaging or paper manufacturing is advantageous.
