Engineering Manager: Lead High-Volume Moulding & Process

ID Recruitment is partnering with a Sligo-based client to recruit an Engineering Manager for a high-precision, high-volume moulded products operation. You will lead a newly formed engineering department spanning product and process development, process improvement and environment functions, while driving investments in machinery and tooling.

You will manage a qualified team, coordinate with senior management, and drive on-time launches and continuous improvement across multiple technologies.
