Engineering Manager: Lead Design & Manufacturing Teams

Nicholsons is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Design, Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams in a high compliance production environment. You will drive the engineering strategy, develop staff and ensure alignment with production, quality and sales goals.

The role is hands on and requires proven leadership, technical depth, and strong collaboration across multi discipline teams to deliver new parts and processes for aerospace and related sectors.
