Engineering Manager: Lead & Deliver High-Impact Tech Teams

Relay Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and ship outcomes. You will coach engineers and tech leads, drive delivery from idea to production, and partner with Product, Design, and Operations to balance tradeoffs.

You will hire and grow the team, provide timely feedback, and uphold high standards in velocity, code quality, observability, and incident response, while moving the bar when needed.
