Engineering Manager, Communications Capture - Lead Pipelines

Gong is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Communications Capture team in our Dublin R&D hub. You will manage a growing group of backend and frontend engineers, shaping roadmaps with Product Managers and ensuring high-quality delivery across data ingestion pipelines used by thousands of customers.

You should have prior experience leading teams, a strong background in large-scale cloud web apps, and proficiency in Java. A CS degree is preferred.
