- Lead and manage the engineering and project delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality installation of safety-critical systems
- Review and approve engineering designs to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements
- Oversee the delivery and progress of major projects and special engineering solutions
- Drive ongoing development of existing products and support new product innovation
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for field and product issues
- Background in rail, automotive, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical environments
- Proven leadership experience managing engineers and project teams
- Strong technical authority in safety-critical systems
- Ability to lead, influence, and drive performance
