Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Corby
Salary: £90,000 - 100,000+ Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and transform the engineering function at a fast-paced food manufacturing site. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering the site's engineering strategy, ensuring world-class reliability, safety, and efficiency.
The Role- Set and deliver the site's engineering strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and reliability engineering practices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
- Oversee site utilities, compliance, and services management.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
- Build future capability, embedding new ways of working across Engineering and Operations.
- 10+ years' engineering experience, with 5+ in senior leadership within FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, asset care, and CI methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
- High integrity, with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.
