The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Engineering Manager with strong technical roots in .NET and full-stack technologies to lead and grow a team of talented engineers. This role is pivotal in shaping the architecture, guiding delivery, and ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Technical Strategy & Delivery
- Define and execute technical strategy in alignment with product and business goals.
- Ensure best practices in system architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Own delivery timelines and balance technical debt with feature development.
- Guide technical design and provide architectural oversight.
- Remain hands-on with coding when needed, especially within the .NET ecosystem.
- Promote engineering excellence, scalability, and security across platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Data teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer in a fast-growing company.
- Strong background in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs).
- Full-stack expertise across modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and REST/GraphQL services.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and scalable architectures.
- Excellent people leadership, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership.
- Nice to Have: Experience in health tech, med tech, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
