A leading provider of AI solutions for enterprise environments is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee multiple engineering teams and drive technical excellence. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering an AI operating system designed for scale, trust, and action in secure and complex settings.

As Engineering Manager, you'll provide mentorship, manage budgets, and foster collaboration across engineering and product teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you'll help shape the future of enterprise-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee and mentor multiple engineering teams, supporting professional growth
. Ensure engineering delivery aligns with product goals and strategic priorities
. Work with the Head of Engineering on project budget management and planning
. Drive collaboration between engineering and product teams on technical deliverables
. Lead recruitment, build strong teams, and foster a culture of innovation

Requirements:
. Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams in an agile environment
. Strong software development background, ideally with exposure to AI technologies
. Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and drive team growth
. Experience with budget management and financial planning for technical projects
. Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional alignment
. Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise-level AI integration
. Must hold or be eligible for SC clearance
