Engineering Manager - Web Experience & Platforms

Marks & Spencer is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Web Experience teams as we modernise the online journey. You will guide home page, navigation, platform foundations, and checkout re-platforming, driving high impact technical initiatives with a culture of growth and engineering excellence.

You will partner with Product and Delivery, build empowered multidisciplinary teams, and empower engineers to own and solve meaningful customer problems with strong leadership and modern tooling.
