Engineering Manager - TPM & Maintenance (Manufacturing)

Polyframe in Lenwade is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function, deliver planned and reactive maintenance, and maximise equipment reliability while supporting KPI achievement. You will manage budgets, schedule resources and develop the engineering team through coaching and apprenticeships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proactive safety-first approach, and a strong Lean/ TPM mindset.
