Engineering Manager - Research Engineering & Delivery

Flow Traders is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Research Engineering group. You will lead the planning, growth, and delivery of a team of engineers and researchers, shaping careers and helping the organisation scale.

You will translate business requirements into delivery plans, manage priorities, and drive performance through coaching and structured feedback. Based in Amsterdam, or willing to relocate, you will collaborate with Trading and Quant teams to deliver robust research platforms.
