Engineering Manager - Data Science for Growth & pLTV

Flo is hiring a Data Science Lead in London to build and lead our Predictive Growth Optimisation team - pioneering ML models that power user acquisition, forecast lifetime value, and optimise our marketing spend.

This role owns the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Flo's pLTV system, and stands up a Marketing Mix Modeling capability to measure cross-channel effectiveness and inform budget allocation. You'll lead production ML systems and drive cross-functional impact.
