Engineering Manager - Data & ML Platforms

AXA XL is seeking an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager for Data and ML applications. You will lead a 4-person team (UK and India) across data, ML, and DevOps, setting engineering standards for data, ML and microservice apps in a cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities include partnering with Product Owners, aligning with Data Ops and Platforms, and driving adoption of CI/CD, data observability and secure scalable deployments on Kubernetes and Databricks.
