Engineering Manager - AI Platforms & Teams Equity

Capsa AI is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead three squads-intelligence, experience and platform-and to strengthen technical leadership across the engineering org. You will own hiring and people development, and align priorities with product managers and leads to deliver credible plans.

You will ensure engineers understand customer problems and explore solutions rather than merely implementing requirements, while managing capacity, dependencies, and risks in a lean, high-performing team.
