Engineering Manager - Aerospace Component Repair

Jonathan Lee seeks an experienced Engineering Manager from aerospace MRO or component repair to lead a highly specialised engineering function within an established aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul organisation.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape engineering strategy, drive performance, and introduce new repair technologies while ensuring full compliance with AS9100, AS9110, Part 145, and customer requirements.
