Engineering Leader - Scale Real-Time Voice AI Platform

Ema is seeking an Engineering Leader to manage and scale multiple product lines in Voice, BPO, and Workforce Management. You will own the engineering organization powering Ema's Voice AI Employees, Agent QA, auto-learning pipelines, and analytics.

You will collaborate with Product, ML/AI, and Go-to-Market teams to translate customer needs into scalable, high-volume voice data systems across geographies. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Head of Engineering.
