Engineering Lead, API Experience & Developer Tools

Wise is seeking an Engineering Lead for the API Experience team in London. You will lead engineers building tooling and infrastructure that enables partners to securely integrate with Wise's API, shaping the developer experience for enterprise partners and accelerating revenue.

We expect strong technical authority in Java or modern stacks, a track record of scaling distributed systems, and a passion for mentoring.
