Engineering Director, Performance & AI Insights

Hawk-Eye is seeking a Director of Engineering - Performance & Insights to lead a 50-person team spanning web/mobile/data/cloud engineering. The role focuses on building lean, AI-driven foundations and scalable platforms that deliver data-informed sports insights to top-tier clients.

You will establish engineering standards, governance, and operational discipline while scaling the organisation through AI delegation patterns, partnering with product leadership to accelerate delivery.
