Booking: 30-Mar-2026 to 22-May-2026 Engineering Administrator (Temporary - Immediate Start) - Full time Hours: 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm Fully office based role
We are looking for a proactive Engineering Administrator to join a site team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. This is an ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
You will support the Technical Manager and Maintenance team with the day-to-day running of the site, helping to deliver both the long-term site strategy and annual operational goals.
Responsibilities- Support the Technical Manager with day-to-day site operations
- Liaise with the Facilities Management GSM on site for areas in scope
- Provide engineering team administration using the MaintainX system
- Assist with the site Preventative Maintenance programme
- Create reports and data for senior leaders and day-to-day requests
- Manage spares stock control and purchasing, including raising purchase orders
- Coordinate contractor bookings, inductions, sign-in and safety checks
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Experience dealing with contractors and site inductions
- Professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working within a factory environment (may be noisy, dusty and hot/cold depending on conditions)
