This is a varied administrative role supporting the day-to-day operation of the depot and helping to ensure engineering records and systems are maintained accurately and efficiently.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and can manage a range of responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. What you'll be doing As an Engineering Admin Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to the Engineering department, including: Entering defect cards accurately into company systems Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets Releasing work orders using the EAM system Recording and reporting key performance indicator (KPI) information Maintaining engineering and employee records Filing and general office administration duties Assisting with onboarding activities for new starters Supporting basic HR administration tasks Ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date and compliant with company procedures What we're looking for Previous administration experience in a busy office environment Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes Experience of working with maintenance or engineering systems would be advantageous but is not essential What we offer Competitive salary Company pension scheme Free bus travel for you and your partner A supportive and friendly working environment Training and development opportunities Employee benefits and discountsIf you're looking for a rewarding administrative role within a well-established and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.Click apply now to start your Stagecoach journey today.
