Job Description

Multi-disciplined Engineer - Erith - Monday to Friday - 08:00-16:30 - 39 hours per week

As a Engineer Surveyor Pressure, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections, assessments, and surveys of engineering equipment, machinery, and structures. You will work on various projects, from routine inspections to complex surveys, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys and inspections of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering systems and structures.
  • Perform risk assessments, identifying concerns and providing solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Compile technical reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Perform testing and calibration of equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain detailed records for auditing and compliance.
  • Provide technical advice to clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in cost estimates, project timelines, and planning.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and codes of practice.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an engineering surveyor role across multiple disciplines.
  • Proficiency in surveying tools, inspection equipment, and engineering software.
  • Strong understanding of regulations, codes of practice, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for report writing and client interaction.
  • Full, clean driving license may be required for site travel.
