What you will be doing:
As an Engineer, you'll:
Support the delivery of safe, high-quality remediation projects across the UK.
Help deploy, commission, and maintain specialist site equipment.
Work closely with experienced colleagues to learn how projects are run and delivered.
Supervise site activities and subcontractors, with full training given.
Build your technical knowledge and develop your career with us.
As a Senior Engineer, you'll:
Take the lead on delivering complex remediation projects, supporting Project Managers.
Supervise teams on site, manage subcontractors, and oversee commissioning activities.
Maintain oversight of health, safety, programme, quality, and budgets.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our work.
What you should bring to the role:
For Engineer roles, we welcome applications from people who:
Are practical, hands-on, and enjoy being outdoors in a team environment.
May have experience in remediation, environmental science, construction, civils, or similar, or be looking to develop a career in this area.
Have good problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills.
Are willing to travel and hold a full UK driving licence.
For Senior Engineer roles, we're looking for people who:
Have a solid background in remediation or environmental projects and be confident managing teams and subcontractors on site.
Are confident leading site teams and working closely with Project Managers.
Have experience managing contractors, site activities, and safety on complex projects.
Understand health, safety, and environmental regulations, including CDM.
Hold a relevant qualification in engineering or a related subject (ideally working towards chartership).
Are organised, proactive, and good at supporting and mentoring others.
Are willing to travel across the UK and have a full UK driving licence.
