Nakilat is seeking a Marine Personnel Recruitment Specialist (Engine) to lead the end-to-end recruitment of Engine Officers and Ratings for the fleet. You will interview candidates, assess technical skills, and ensure timely manning, while aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role also involves maintaining relationships with manning agencies, benchmarking recruitment practices, and managing the Engine Cadet Program.
