Job Description

Flourish Education is recruiting a Science Teacher for a Redditch secondary from October 2026. The role involves planning engaging lessons across Key Stages 3-5, building positive relationships with students and delivering high-quality science teaching within a supportive department.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), with confident delivery across Biology, Physics and Chemistry, and strong classroom management.
