Job Description
Job Overview

A wonderful full time Nanny position has arisen in Cheltenham for a loving and easy going family with two girls aged 3 and 1 years. The family has recently relocated and is looking for an experienced and friendly Nanny to provide daily care, primarily for the youngest child while the 3 year old attends nursery during term time. The parents are hands on but supportive, value a trusting relationship, and want the Nanny to become part of the family.

The 3 year old enjoys arts and crafts, baking and role play; the 1 year old enjoys exploring her environment at home, in nature, and local groups. The Nanny should be proactive in taking the children to activities that suit their interests and demonstrate knowledge of child development, encouraging learning and fostering a safe environment. The Nanny will also attend holidays with the family and visit relatives in the Peak District, travel with the family, handle an evening babysitting each week and an overnight stay per month (both paid as extra). Comfort with a friendly Labrador is required.
