Vacancy Type: Permanent / Full Time Salary: £32,076 to £34,557, includes London Weighting (R2). Location: London Office (Hybrid Working). Application Deadline: Sunday, November 9, 2025.

Job Summary:

The National Lottery Heritage Fund is looking for an Engagement Manager (London and South) to work as part of the Engagement Team, delivering engagement activities across London and South, driving application quality, supporting underinvested areas, and contributing to heritage outreach strategies aligned with Heritage 2033.

  • Deliver engagement activity across London and South areas.
  • Stimulate and support the flow of high-quality applications.
  • Work in areas of underinvestment as required.
  • Contribute to and implement outreach strategies targeting Heritage 2033 priorities.
  • Collaborate with the London and South team to support wider initiatives.

Flexible Working

The National Lottery Heritage Fund adopts a hybrid working approach, requiring employees to work from the Heritage Fund office twice a week at minimum, with the remaining days from home.
