Job Description
What you'll do 
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for marketing, digital, PR, and integrated agencies of all sizes.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews, proactively identifying opportunities and addressing risks.
- Deeply understand customer objectives and proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders across their teams and their clients.
- Effectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer implementation and resolve technical challenges.
- At least 3 or more years of experience in agencies working in an account management role or within the marketing department of a top tier brand.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations effectively.
- Self motivated and driven, with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
- Comfortable diving head first in the face of challenges and ambiguity.
- Analytical mindset with strong comfort working with numbers.
- Able to own a process end to end.
- Strong at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and comfortable juggling priorities.
This is an on site role based in our NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $80,000 to $160,000 before variable compensation (NYC).
