Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of the organisations employee engagement, internal communications and culture initiatives, translating engagement strategy into practical, high-quality experiences, communications and insights across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven track record within a multi-jurisdictional or global organisation, supporting culture, engagement and ways of working initiatives and experience delivering employee engagement programmes, campaigns, surveys and events.
