Job Description The Enforcement Case Lawyer will be:- Advising on enforcement activities, regulatory investigations and legal strategy
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, decisions and settlements
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and robust governance
- Monitoring and interpreting regulatory, statutory and policy developments to inform action
- Contributing to process improvement, training and the legal function's development
- A solicitor or equivalent with proven commercial litigation, criminal, insolvency or regulatory experience
- Experienced in advising on investigations, complex decision-making and regulatory frameworks
- Able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate legal risks into clear operational guidanceComfortable working in a fast-moving environment with strong governance standards
- A strong communicator, collaborative in style, and committed to integrity and public interest outcomes
- Desire to learn and get involved in learning a new way of working
