Energy & Infrastructure Finance Solicitor

We are working with a market-leading Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources team seeking an experienced Energy & Infrastructure Finance Lawyer to join its growing practice in Dublin. This is a standout opportunity for a finance lawyer who wants to work on some of the largest and most complex energy and infrastructure financings in Ireland and across the wider market.

• Advise on landmark energy and infrastructure finance transactions
• Exposure to renewables, digital infrastructure and major PPP projects
• Clear progression within a highly collaborative, specialist team

You will advise lenders, sponsors, investors and developers on high-value financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure lifecycle, including:

• Project finance and acquisition finance in the energy and infrastructure sectors
• Drafting and negotiating LMA-based facility agreements and intercreditor arrangements
• Leading the preparation and negotiation of security packages and ancillary finance documentation
• Advising on financings relating to offshore and onshore wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen, data centres, interconnectors and major infrastructure assets
• Managing transactions from structuring through to financial close
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

• 4-6 years' PQE in banking, finance or project finance
• Strong experience with LMA documentation and complex security structures
• Comfortable leading transactions and managing client relationships
• Commercial, solutions-focused and collaborative
