Energetic Junior Sous Chef: Lead High-Volume Kitchen

Cosy Club Westfield Stratford is opening this Summer and seeks a passionate Junior Sous Chef to help make the launch a standout. You will cook from fresh in high-volume environments and motivate the kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring a cohesive FOH/BOH relationship.

You can expect a competitive hourly rate with target earnings between £17.00 and £18.50 per hour, plus benefits such as paid breaks, Wagestream pay, and staff perks from day one across our brands.
