Endpoint Vulnerability Management Specialist

Do you have 2+ years of experience in endpoint security or vulnerability management? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Amsterdam.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in endpoint security or vulnerability management
• Strong hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and CVE analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, or similar platforms
• Skilled in handling incident response, ticketing systems, and stakeholder communication
• Previous exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies in large enterprise or multinational environments
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft security credentials
• Solid understanding of regulated industries, ideally with banking or finance experience
• Knowledge of outsourcing frameworks and end-to-end service accountability
• Language(s): English(fluent)

Job description:

• Identify and assess vulnerabilities on endpoints based on CVE intelligence
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate mitigation plans and notify affected users
• Handle incident tickets, follow-ups, and email correspondence related to endpoint security
• Participate in a cross-border squad, working alongside peers and customer journey experts
• Collaborate with SaaS vendors (Microsoft, JAMF, etc.) to stay ahead of new features and roadmap changes
• Support automation and service simplification across vulnerability and incident management processes
• Ensure strong process documentation and administration in line with regulatory requirements
• Share 3rd line incident responsibilities and participate in a 24/7 global service rotation
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and peer coaching within the team
