Endoscopy Service Manager: Patient Focused Operations

InHealth is seeking an Endoscopy Service Manager for North Bristol CDC. You will lead day-to-day operational management, drive quality and patient safety, and ensure a seamless patient experience across the site.

Working with the Lead Nurse and Regional Operations Manager, you will develop services, manage capacity and KPIs, and lead the Healthcare Support Worker team toward continuous improvement and high standards of care. This role supports NHS partnership commitments.
