Endoscopy CNM3: Transformational Nurse Leader

Beaumont Hospital in Dublin 9 is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 for the Endoscopy/GI Department. This senior role leads professional nursing practice, drives quality improvements and ensures accreditation readiness while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The CNM3 will oversee risk management, clinical audits and staff development to enhance patient outcomes within a high specialisation unit performing ERCP, EUS, FNA and ESD procedures. 37.5 hours weekly; permanent position.
